Mr. Madia, a rising star in Minnesota politics, is running to replace retiring Rep. Jim Ramstad. Mr. Madia is an Iraq war veteran and was, until recently, an associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi in Minneapolis. Mr. Sarvi (MN-2) will speak about his candidacy and answer questions from the audience. Mr. Sarvi has served Minnesotans both in Iraq, where he was a Infantry Platoon Sergeant, and here at home, where he was the Mayor of Watertown, MN. He stands a good chance of defeating incumbent Rep.
